White Mages are the most underestimated job class. They are hard to train because they're weak and die easily... Even I don't like to have them in my attack team.
Still it must be a great ability to heal people, probably the greatest and most arduous one.
It looks really nice. Her expression really reflects how difficult the task of healing is~ I mean, even in games it takes time and a ton of energy. The flapping of her dress gives it a lot of movement too.

But before it's their turn to heal the characters, they're all dead :/ Nice coloring, though I would have emphased the upper part a bit more than showing her feet.
mhm, thank for the critique. i really appreciate it. yes indeed, it's quite annoying that they need so long to cast spells, both white and black mages...that's one of the hardest parts of FFT...
A white mage casting a spell. Her expression is great, it's like she's desperately calling magic to heal her wounded allies. This very light adds nice effect to her clothes, and you did well on it

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More

Well, white mages are the 3rd best users of the Draw Out skills, so they're really a good balance between defense and offence.
